Arcadia Property Services was created out of necessity. Our company grew out of a property management company that was tired of spending hours a week hunting for maintenance techs, handymen, landscapers, and other specialists to service their units. Wanting to focus on customer relations, leasing, and cleaning services, we decided to create a company that would handle all other maintenance needs.
